Please fill out the form to book a workshop or for any questions you may have. Workshops are available on an ongoing basis. Please specify in the Message box below which dates and times work for you. If you are experiencing problems with the form, please email buccilaura91@gmail.com.

Upcoming 2024 workshop dates. Suggested workshop start times are either 10am or 2pm. Workshops are available on an ongoing basis on weekends and possibly also on weekdays. When you fill out the contact form, please let me know a date or two that works for you.

All workshops are $100 each per person. Workshops run with two to four people.

To register for a workshop. Click the Contact page on the top menu. I will reply shortly thereafter with a confirmation. An email will be shared with you for e-transfer payment.

All food is vegetarian.

Location. All workshops are held at my modern apartment in the North End of Halifax, Nova Scotia. You will be able to relax in the sitting room whenever you need. Exact location sent when you register. The building has two elevators. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible. Street parking is available in the neighbourhood.

Things to bring. You are welcome to bring a bottle of wine to have with your pasta. You should bring an apron and you can also bring comfortable slippers or indoor shoes, whatever will make you most comfortable as we'll be on our feet for a bit.

A dog is present. Please note that a nice twelve-year old, medium-sized dog lives on the premises.

Pasta alternatives. We can make egg pasta, egg free pasta (thus vegan pasta), and gluten free pasta (contains eggs). Each workshop focuses on only one type of pasta: egg based, water based, or gluten free. Please see each workshop description for options.
